This policy explains what we collect when you use this website or book a car with us, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We collect as little as we can.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you submit a booking request or message us on WhatsApp: your name, phone number, email address if you give one, the dates and vehicle you want, the delivery address, and anything else you choose to tell us.
- Documents. To complete a rental, the operating partner needs your licence and identity documents. These are handled for that purpose only.
- Site analytics. Aggregate, cookieless measurements of page performance and traffic, which do not identify you. If you accept the cookie banner, we additionally load Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel, which do use cookies. Decline and neither is loaded at all.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with anyone other than the operating partner who supplies the vehicle and the service providers listed below. We do not send marketing messages unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
- The licensed operating partner who supplies and insures the vehicle you book.
- Our hosting provider, which processes requests to this website.
- Our email provider, which delivers your booking confirmation.
- Where the law requires it, the relevant authorities.
Most of our conversations happen on WhatsApp. Those messages are handled under WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy, not ours. We keep the conversation for as long as we need it to serve you and to resolve any question about the rental afterwards.
How long we keep it
Booking records are kept for as long as needed to run the business and to meet UAE tax and accounting requirements. Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted when they are no longer useful.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected]. You can change your cookie choice at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser, which brings the banner back.
